Coverage Rates

Sealing with Joint Stabilization:

• 80–120 sq. ft. (7.4–11.1 m²) per gallon

Sealing Only (No Joint Stabilization):

• 200–300 sq. ft. (18.6–27.9 m²) per gallon

Coverage per gallon once mixed and diluted. Single application. Actual coverage may vary depending on surface type, age, condition, joint size, porosity, application method, and environmental conditions. For more uniform coverage, apply a second coat once the first application has cleared and dried to the touch (usually 1 hour).
