How to Apply

1. Surface Prep – Remove all organic material, then clean with ContractorChem® EffBomb at a 10:1 ratio.

2. Dry Completely – Ensure the surface is fully dry; test with a masonry moisture meter (below 25%).

3. Test Area – Apply to a small, inconspicuous spot to check for color change and coverage rate.

4. Apply Sealer – Use an airless sprayer, brush, or microfiber roller. Apply 2 coats at a 30-minute interval, ensuring full saturation.

5. Remove Excess – Wipe away any puddling or excess product with clean, dry cloths.

6. Cure Time – Keep surface free from traffic and water for 24–48 hours.

7. Optional – If maximum water repellency is not achieved, apply a third coat.
