🧪 Application Instructions:

1. Prep: Remove dirt/moss/mildew. Clean surface with EffBomb at a 10:1 ratio.

2. Drying: Surface must be dry to below 25% moisture (use a masonry meter).

3. Test: Always test on a small area for coverage and color change.

4. Apply: Use sprayer, brush, or roller at 60–200 sq.ft. per Liter, in 2 coats. Wait 30 min between coats.

5. Finish: Wipe off excess with terry towels. Avoid puddles.

6. Cure: Keep surface dry and undisturbed for 24–48 hours.

7. Optional 3rd Coat: For max repellency, apply a third coat if needed.
