WEST COAST CONTRACTOR CHEM SUPPLY & SERVICES provides a full line of professional-grade cleaning and surface treatment chemicals, including degreasers, sealants, disinfectants, pressure washing solutions, and specialty contractor-use formulations. Our products are designed for both residential and commercial applications, with some available in retail sizes and others in bulk contractor packaging.

We currently ship within Canada only. At this time, we do not ship to the United States or internationally.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location, product availability, carrier scheduling, and shipping method. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Please note that some of our products may be classified as Dangerous Goods or may require special handling. Because of this, shipping costs can vary significantly and may be higher than standard parcel rates. Certain products may not be eligible for regular courier delivery and may require freight, palletized shipping, or carrier approval before shipment.

Local pickup is available from our Richmond, BC warehouse and is recommended whenever possible for faster service and to help reduce shipping costs.

Contractor Chem reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or refuse shipment where shipping is unavailable, cost-prohibitive, restricted by carrier rules, or not suitable for the product being ordered. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss available options, including pickup, revised shipping charges, or order cancellation and refund.

To qualify, contractors need to complete our Contractor Pricing Request Form and provide basic business details (such as trade license, company name, or proof of work history). Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Approval levels are based on annual spend and business type (Contractor 1 vs. Contractor 2 pricing tiers).

Yes. WEST COAST CONTRACTOR CHEM SUPPLY & SERVICES offers contractor training programs and educational resources to ensure products are applied correctly and safely. Training includes application techniques, dilution ratios, PPE requirements, and troubleshooting. Certified contractors gain access to advanced materials inside our Contractor Chem Pro Access Portal.

For bulk orders, palletized shipments, remote deliveries, or Dangerous Goods shipments, additional lead time may be required. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size, product type, delivery location, and carrier requirements. In some cases, we may need to contact you after your order is placed to confirm shipping options, additional charges, or delivery availability before the order can be processed.

We sell to both! Retail customers can purchase standard-sized products at regular pricing. Licensed contractors, cleaning companies, and qualified businesses may apply for Contractor Pricing, which offers discounted rates, bulk order options, and access to exclusive products not available to the general public.

We accept payment by e-transfer and major credit card only.

A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We do not offer business invoices, contractor accounts, delayed payment terms, net terms, or account-based billing. No exceptions.
