1. Refunds for Products
At ContractorChem, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Refunds are accepted if:
The item doesn’t match the product description
You received the wrong size or variant
You changed your mind within the allowed timeframe
❌ Refunds are not available for:
Final sale or clearance items
Items with opened packaging or broken seals
Products not returned in their original, unused condition
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 14 days. Refunds are only issued for items returned in unopened, original condition.
3. Restocking Fee
Returned items that meet the refund conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, based on the original price. This fee is applied at ContractorChem’s sole discretion.
4. Return Instructions
Please note:
We do not accept in-person returns unless specifically approved in writing by ContractorChem.
To return a product by mail:
✅Package the item in its unopened, original condition
Ship it to the following address via courier:

📌 All return shipping costs and liability are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In cases of incorrect shipment or damage during transit, ContractorChem will provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
5. Your Rights Under Consumer Protection Laws
This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws, including the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia.
If any part of this policy conflicts with local legislation, the mandatory provisions of the law will override.
