1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not yet shipped, been prepared for pickup, specially ordered, mixed, diluted, packaged, or otherwise processed.
If a cancellation is approved after payment has been processed, any applicable credit card or payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
2. Returns
Returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery or pickup for eligible products only. All returns require prior written authorization from WEST COAST CONTRACTOR CHEM SUPPLY & SERVICES before any item is sent back or brought back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, labels, safety documentation, and product documentation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
No returns will be accepted on opened, used, damaged, mixed, diluted, partially used, special-order, clearance, final sale, chemical, Dangerous Goods, controlled-storage, temperature-sensitive, or custom-sourced products.
WEST COAST CONTRACTOR CHEM SUPPLY & SERVICES reserves the right to refuse any return if the product cannot be safely resold, has been improperly stored, has missing documentation, or does not meet return eligibility requirements.
4. Restocking Fee
Approved returns for non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additional deductions may apply if the returned item is incomplete, damaged, missing packaging, missing documentation, or requires additional handling.
5. Non-Refundable Costs
The following costs are non-refundable:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Dangerous Goods shipping or handling charges
Credit card or payment processing fees
Special-order, custom-order, or supplier-related fees
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Photos, order details, and supporting information may be required before a replacement, credit, or refund is approved.
If the issue is due to an error by WEST COAST CONTRACTOR CHEM SUPPLY & SERVICES, we may arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where applicable.
7. Customer Ordering Errors
Returns requested because of customer ordering errors, change of mind, price differences, product incompatibility, or faster availability elsewhere will be treated as standard returns. These returns are subject to approval, the 25% restocking fee, and all non-refundable charges listed above.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider.
