We currently ship within Canada only. At this time, we do not ship to the United States or internationally.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location, product availability, carrier scheduling, and shipping method. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Please note that some of our products may be classified as Dangerous Goods or may require special handling. Because of this, shipping costs can vary significantly and may be higher than standard parcel rates. Certain products may not be eligible for regular courier delivery and may require freight, palletized shipping, or carrier approval before shipment.

For bulk orders, palletized shipments, remote deliveries, or Dangerous Goods shipments, additional lead time may be required. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size, product type, delivery location, and carrier requirements. In some cases, we may need to contact you after your order is placed to confirm shipping options, additional charges, or delivery availability before the order can be processed.

Local pickup is available from our Richmond, BC warehouse and is recommended whenever possible for faster service and to help reduce shipping costs.

West Coast Contractor Chem Supply & Services reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or refuse shipment where shipping is unavailable, cost-prohibitive, restricted by carrier rules, or not suitable for the product being ordered. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss available options, including pickup, revised shipping charges, or order cancellation and refund.
